Just Salad - Winter Gardens: This project consisted of the build-out of an existing 2,081 SF vacant space to a Just Salad restaurant. Work included but not limited to: demolition of interior partitions, ceiling systems, floor and wall finishes; utilization of existing building shell; new ADA compliant restrooms; new interior partitions; utilization of existing storefront and entrance doors; modifications to new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
