The Now - Orlando: Complete Tenant Improvement project of this 2,379 SF space to accommodate ten journey rooms, front retail and reception area as per the drawings and specifications of the architect, GHA Architecture/Development. Construction included but not limited to: demolition, concrete work, cabinetry, wood framing, fire caulking, doors and hardware, finishes, specialties, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical.
Morgan Stanley - Winter Haven: Tenant Improvement project which included refurbishing finishes throughout, replace lighting to LED, replace ceiling tile and grid, new HVAC and electrical panel per plans and specifications.
